11:08 PMso this yr i hav fallen sick 7 times, visited doctor 6 times and took 2 times of early leave.
please recover soon stella! not nice to fall sick during the competition season.
maybe im just not taking care of myself.
but lookin at the surrounding and environmet tt im exposed to evert single day,
its kind of hard to fully recover.
ohyea, the doctor gave me 56 panadols!
anw, had meditation session during pe.
its suppose to relax our muscles and relief stress.
more of a sleepy and stressful session to me
many thoughts run through my head
i see things i dun want to see
hoho. tts sad
sometime we just ask ourselve how come we hav fallen so far where we use to stand on the top.
the ans is to reflect upon urself if u hav work as hard as before.
not tt i want to, its just tt i was not given the chance to.
